RE: Is this Cheyne Stokes?
Guy, to the eyeball is does look like CSR. But from some tips my Cardiologist gave me, it still might or might not be legitimate.
Lots of CA's. Tons of CA's and massive clusters. Proof for real CSR.
Does she have any heart conditions? Or any of the "Associated Conditions" from this wiki article on CSR:
It looks like EPR is 3 full time in Apap mode here. If EPR is turned off (most likely flow limitations would increase), do the CAs diminish in both number and clusters? This test would show how much EPR is contributing to it. An even better test would be trying static (cpap) epap of about 10 all night to see if that further reduces the CA's.
And lastly, if the CSR continues to be a problem, ASV or a machine with a backup rate would stop all CA's. Just my experience.

RE: Is this Cheyne Stokes?
Thank you. I talked with her today and adjusted her APAP settings to narrow the pressure excursions. Turns out she is also adding Oxygen today, and who knows how that will affect things?

Just did some quick online research: "Short-term oxygen treatment during sleep can reduce Cheyne-Stokes respiration. Night oxygen therapy could also improve a person’s symptoms, quality of life, and heart function." - What is Cheyne Stokes Breathing? MedicalNewsToday
