Is this positional?

Is this positional?
Hello,

No real complaints about the treatment.  AHI averaging 2.2 over the past 90 days.  Appears, on the surface, that the other numbers are in a decent range.  Just have these portions of the night where the majority of events are in a 2-3 hour window.

Min pressure = 8....EPR 3

Likelihood that this is just being so comfortable that my neck is slouching?

Thanks!

RE: Is this positional?
Those are not positional apnea. Centrals are events where you are just not breathing, an obstruction type is what it sounds like your airway is partially closed an you need pressure from a Cpap to open it up.

A central can be  just you holding your breath when your turn over in bed or reach down to pull up a blanket. It can be from the therapy. Your body is not use to a lower amount of CO2. After several weeks they should go away.

If you get more or if they disturb your sleep we can try something to reduce them.
