The full face masks I have stop under my mouth and they would not leak with my chin down but I don’t know about yours.

Yes, mine the same.  Thank you, I need to measure again and get another one.  I did not use the collar last night and my Events was 3.3 according to the app.

I did get another collar, but have not used it because of severe neck arthritis issues.  I was able to try a different pillow and have seen some low events per hour such as the one attached.  Still have roller coaster results at times, but at least I am in the single digits and mostly below 5 AHI,  I am also dealing with nasal issues and waiting to see my ENT doc.  Two issues that I have not had in months, dry mouth and leaks that awaken me.  I am thinking that is due to the pressure changes suggested by staceyburke.  Still would like to try other masks.  Thank you for the good advice on this forum.
