Oxygen at sea level is 21% and in Mexico City it is 16%. That is why your O2 saturation is low. If you stay in Mexico Cit for several weeks your body will adjust.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
