Low SpO2 coresponding to leaks
Hello,
I get low SpO2 on my garmin watch. I don't know how accurate my watch it by i checked against another oxymeter and it's always from 1 to 3 % lower that the other oxymeter.
I get many episodes like that weekly where it says i go below 90% (near 80% often) for a good period of time. It's correlating with leak rate increase. I'm wondering what could those leaks be?
It is a displaced mask?
Is it dangerous to be desaturated like that for what seems to be extended amound of time?
What would be a more accurate way to get oxygen reading with my airsense 10? I Contacted my pneumologist but they will most likely just do 1 night or 2 of trituration. But this will not give me a longterm view.
Thank you
