Low SpO2 dips
Hello, I am a longtime CPAP patient (21 years) and I'm overdue for a new study; I'm hoping to get one later this year. When I was originally diagnosed in the early 2000's, I was setup with a pressure of 16, and over the years have been able to lose a little weight and get that down a few points. Over the past year or so, I've gotten the best results between 10-13 but am trying to optimize as much as I can.
I recently got a new tracker that captures overnight SpO2, and the results line up perfectly with daytime testing using a finger device. I noticed last night (for the first time in a week of having it) that my SpO2 dropped from my normal 95-98% down to 94% at 3:19am and 93% at 6:09am.
I have used Oscar\SleepyHead for years, but have never really been stuck until now. I have scoured the forums and wiki but just can't seem to pinpoint what might be the issue.
Note: I enabled EPR level 2 the night before last, trying to minimize some Hypopneas and Clear Airways.
Could someone with more experience help determine what might be going on?
Thank you!
