MaxOak & Resmed Airsense 10 Won't connect

MaxOak & Resmed Airsense 10 Won't connect
Help!  I have ResMed Airsense 10 and the Maxoak battery backup.  The Maxoak is charged at 95%.  I can't seem to get the CPAP machine to recognize the battery.  Had a power outage last night and it would not connect.  Thankfully the power came back on after 3 hours.

It worked for me before when experimenting when it was new, but have not needed it until last night.  I do have a new Airsense 10, but battery h worked with the one I previously had.

After trying the cable that is marked for Airsense 10, I tried various cables that was shipped with it.  It's probably user error, but I can't figure it out. Thinking-about Thinking-about

That's really strange, it says it's compatible with the Resmed machines, and you used the same cables as you did initially?

I got it to work finally.  I found a tutorial on the Maxoak website.  I was skipping the final step.  It had been a couple of years since I had tried and the owners manual was not very clear.

Just hope I remember how to use it next time it's needed. Smile Smile Smile
