RE: Maximum CA number
Thank you. I can try the 6 min 6 max. and flex off. Would this be C-flex mode? So those who have the same machine as me can tell me the clinician setting for me to change (I know how to get to setup menu.)

Once you are in the Clinicians Setup Menu, you should see "mode", keep on Auto Setting. Next, following SleepRider's advice, set minimum to 6, then maximum to 6. Scroll until you find the Flex mode....Turn to off.

RE: Maximum CA number
Biggest thing I would do is put flex to off. It is making things worse. nothing else will work if this is not done.
if it was mine, I would move my minimum to 8 maximum 10. But that should follow after I saw what flex setting did. QAL

I will make those changes now and see results Monday morning, Several days later follow Quiescence suggestions, rather than do both and wonder which did (not) change results. As aside I have been using the HYB500 mask which I found to be the most comfortable. Somewhat leaky but machine seems happy after I run the leak test several time playing with strap tensions, so surmise small leaks don't affect AHI results significantly. Rather have more pleasant "leaky" sleep, than unpleasant uncomfortable near zero leaks, but that just my opinion, your mileage may vary. |
