I wake up between 5 and 10 times every night, could you please look at my data?

Hello,

I've been using my APAP for almost 2 months now.

My doctor says that my treatment is working well since I usually have an AHI of 5 or lower, and that I should not worry.

The thing is, I wake up all the time at night, and I am often tired during the day.

Is there something else that I could do?

Having all those CA events would suggest that you are sensitive to an EPR of 2. You may wish to set it to 1 or even turn it off.
