Thank you Crimson Nape, but still can't accomplish task at hand.

I tried again following the instructions closely for MAC.

This morning (before the user name change if this makes a difference, but I don't think it does because I get find ANY User file with my old name or new name in the finder search except for debug files) I was able to access the data.  Now, nothing downloads.  Is this because I already downloaded it this morning?

When I get to the part about going to OSCAR and importing the data INTO OSCAR I still get the same window.

Any suggestions?

If you are using the iPhone app then open the particular day you want and share it as a binary. AirDrop to your Mac works great for this.

RE: NEXT CHALLENGE: IMPORTING WELLUE 02
Good morning Jeff8536.

Thank you for trying to help me.  Just now I did what you suggested.  I now have two binary downloads on my Mac desktop.  But I don't know what to do with them.  When I try to go to the import function in OSCAR, these two downloads are grayed out in the window that opens so they can't be selected.  When I click on them from the desktop to "get more info" it is shown that these files are documents.  Should they be?

Where do I go from here?

RE: NEXT CHALLENGE: IMPORTING WELLUE 02
I have re-read the instructions below and once I get to STEP 6 I am at a standstill.  Nothing happens for DOWNLOAD.

macOS
  1. Download and install Viatom's free O2 Insight Pro software. [link]
  2. Open the O2 Insight Pro.app
  3. Turn your oximeter on by inserting your finger into the probe momentarily until the time shows on the display.
  4. From the O2 Insight Pro software click the "Connect" button in the top left of the app window.
  5. Another small window will open which should show your oximeter. Click the "Connect" button next to your oximeter. The O2 Insight Pro window should say "Device connected" in the bottom right corner.
  6. Once your oximeter is connected to the app, click "Download". Once the download is complete the file needed to import the oximetry data into will be available.
  7. When finished, click the "Disconnect" button at the top left of the O2 Insight Pro window.
The downloaded session files will be stored in one of two possible locations:
Code:
/Users/YourUserNameHere/Library/Containers/com.viatom.O2PCViewer-BLE/Data/Library/Application Support/O2_Insight_Pro/DATA/SerialNumber/

.
or

Code:
/Users/YourUserNameHere/Library/Containers/O2_Insight_Pro/Data/Library/Application Support/O2_Insight_Pro/DATA/SerialNumber/

The "Library" folder is hidden by default, but you can still reach it in Finder by pressing cmd-shift-G and entering
Code:
~/Library

 in the file selection dialog.

Being Mac challenged, I am probably wrong on the following. I thought that the new version of your OS added a security block of removable devices. You need to inform the OS to allow it to read & write to this device. As to how you do this is beyond my knowledge. I would try the old right-click on the device to see if it may list an option to preform this. Otherwise, if you have a Security setting, it may be there.

Red is correct. Apple added a new security step with Ventura which prevents it from reading from external devices until you allow it. Each external device will need to be allowed. But lets hold off on that for a minute.

The instructions I gave you above are for "iOS method 2" from the wiki: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...S_Method_2

Once you AirDrop those to your computer you should have a file that looks like:
Quote:20230408231410
Which is in the form of YYYYMMDDhhmmss so my example is from April 08, 2023 23:14:10 (or 11:14:10 PM).

If your binary file has a .dat extension you will need to remove it by renaming the file. (This has been fixed and will be in the next release of OSCAR so the extension will not need to be removed in the future.)

Then follow the rest of the instructions that start with "syncing the times" and "importing the files" into OSCAR here: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...with_OSCAR

See if that works....

Just curious - is everyone else still seeing the "binary" export option in ViHealth? I only have PDF or CSV as export options: (iOS, app version 2.30.45):

(Edit: can't post screenshot yet, too new!)

I was wondering if it was because my Wellue device is just one of the cheap fingertip monitors (FS20F), which isn't listed as tested/approved with OSCAR - but given that it's the same ViHealth app regardless of device model, that didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Figured I'd check in before shelling out for something pricier. Thanks!
