From my understanding, any mask other than a Philips, uses a setting of "0" (zero).

My understanding on the resistance mask setting is the same as Crimson Nape's. If it's not a Respironics mask, set it to zero.
Alternately, you can try the other settings and see what gives you the best results on feel and numbers.

I tried 0 for the mask setting and a pressure if 17.5 to 20 part of the night and 19 to 20 the second half of the night and my AHI was still around 10.....

You can set the chart order by, next to File
Click View / Reset Graphs / Standard Using F12 to take a screenshot will remove the pie chart, calendar, and right sidebar, take a screenshot a ND then restore them. Are you using a soft cervical collar? Your screenshot showing your events charts shows significant clustering which indicates chin tucking. A collar will correct that. See my signature.

I have no tried the soft cervical collar yet but I am still having the issues. The other night I tried the full face (not sure why I bothered) but my AHI was up around 12 so I switched back in the middle of the night so I wasn't exhausted the next morning.

Let's see a current OSCAR chart so we have info to suggest settings. I'd think a standard full view OK to start with on the several month revisit.

Thanks Dave.
The first half of the night was with my full face mask. As you can see, the AHI climbed up to around 23 before I woke up. The leak rate is no worse (maybe a bit better) than with my nasal mask that keeps the AHI's down in the lower single digits. It looks like I maxed at the 17 pressure limit I had set, but I have had it set for a max of 20 before and it still has high AHI's. Normally I run my pressure at 12 or 12.5 to 15 when using the nasal mask.... but it doesn't make much difference if I run 12 or 14 as my base pressure.... my AHI's are usually 1-3. The order of the thumbnails is reversed from how you probably want to see them.
RE: Need Help - AHI's Much Higher With Full Face VS Nasal Cushion
Here is the day I had a base pressure of 17.5 and a max of 20.

As Bonjour mentioned, you might benefit from using a soft cervical collar. Have you tried that yet?
