Need help with interpreting CPAP / Oscar data
Tried CPAP the last two nights.  Only kept it on about 4 hours each night.  I really know very little on how to intepret this.   I did notice right before I took it off that it was leaking but initially when falling asleep it wasnt as noticeable Using a Resmed Airsense Evora Full Face Mask '

Once you fall asleep, your Flow Rate chart looks pretty smooth (not many spikes for most of your sleep).  You have 0.16 95th percentile flow limitations though.  Your EPR is set to 1 full time.  You can try increasing EPR to 2; and then eventually 3 and hopefully that will lower your flow limitations.

Welcome

I suggest you raise your beginning pressure to 9.  This is because your median pressure is over 9, so 9 is a good place to start.

Again, welcome, and good luck with your new therapy!  Smile

That was my fault.   I couldnt edit original post and mods must have cleaned up duplicate , deleting the original images I had linked to.   Reattaching images

I agree with Deborah, 9cm would be a good pressure to start with.
