myAir shows leaks marked at 50%. So I rushed and downloaded my card before I hurried to work. OSCAR showed periods of bad leakage. I had my full face mask, the F&P Evora Full and had my Knightsbridge Dual Band cap on desparately trying to be comfortable.
my DME reports this mask is their favourite full face mask. It's more durable. Others that I asked about (ResMed's full face mask) they report don't last. After they fitted my F&P Evora Full I had some good periods. However, I'm looking over the process of overtightening the F&P EF until I finally buy a new mask.
I am so grateful I can wear the Evora Full all night. I'm getting good at it! Yet I don't know the cause of the leaks.
Feelings...treatment sucks.

Knightsbridge Dual Band cap. Worked one day. Then didn't work for a couple of trials. I don't know what I've done wrong.
Last night I taped my lips shut. Perfect score. Nasal mask...oops it has to be worn as a nasal pillows mask. says so the box.

I had HUGE leakage with it recently. I haven't downloaded my card to OSCAR. I'm feeling really upset at my treatment status.

Dave, I really feel bad for you. You have been trying so hard to make the Evora mask work. From the screenshots they look to me like mouth leaks. Try a cervical collar to try and see if they are reduced with it. You might need to try another type than what you tried in the past.

Dave I'm sorry you're having a rough go ! You've tried so hard to make the Evora work ! You have been very determined.
Cpap can be so fustrating ! I was using pillows and my mouth would pop open with chin straps . With no desire to tape I played with the f20 and both cushions . Got a seal and wake up with dry mouth. So back to the chin strap ! Fixed that got my humidity and temp adjusted ! So then decides to get really hot and humid here and unable to use humidity settings so lowered and got rain out !
It's fustrating process ! My suggestion is forget about Oscar for now . Stop stressing on numbers and focus strictly on a mask and no leaks . Keep plugging away ! Until you get a solution with Evora or nasal or other mask ! Personally I don't think the Evora can take higher pressures !
I'd simply use the my air garbage app or even leak rate on your machine .
Once that is decent then can follow up with Oscar leak rates and pressure adjustments. Just wanted to share. I wish you well
(I used the Evora Full last night. I had a fine night. I always take care putting the mask on. Any mask on...somedays it works. Most days it doesn't.)
