Hey everyone I ended up switching to a new mask, nasal pillows. I have not used nasal pillows before but seem to like it better than my previous mask. I wanted to get your thoughts on my data and if I should decrease my pressure to reduce the "clear airways" or increase it to help with flow limitations?
This is one of my best nights and even with these numbers I'm still feeling tired so I wanted to see what you all suggest.

If you are comfortable where you are you could just leave your settings where they are. Or you could switch to Apap mode and set yourself a small pressure range, maybe 7-10 to see if you feel better or worse and whether your numbers change. It's probably worth trying, but it's up to you. Keep in mind that sleeping comfortably is important too

Thanks Deborah! I think the APAP mode is a great idea.
