You have made a lot of progress. I want you to read the Positional Apnea article to better understand the mechanics of obstruction when sleeping inclined on on a wedge. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea
Results look pretty good, but still see some clusters of events. Has the oxygen levels improved?

Thank you these results have been without the use of a wedge pillow
And I would like to see if you know more about the DYI cervical pillow ( YouTube maybe?) What I’ve been able to do is essentially sleep on my side and with the help of my O2 ring I’ve been able to keep CA #s down not out of the woods but substantial progress. Any cervical pillows you recommend? Thank you so much for your advice My heart felt like it was at its worst Thank God I found a video about “Oscar” which somehow led me to this beautiful community that drives results From the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you all |
