New to OSCAR, need some help understanding my data

RE: New to OSCAR, need some help understanding my data
Last night's report. Felt a little worse this morning. I also had a moment of sleep paralysis early in the night which I woke from. I find I get those much less since starting CPAP therapy though.

I'm back with another nights sleep data. I tried to get to sleep a little earlier last night. Cool

Last night's sleep data, same settings. Sorry if this is spam, hoping I could get some more tips to improve my sleep further.

Your charts look pretty good IMO.  0.01 95th percentile flow limitations.  Very minor leaks.

At times your machine ramps up pressure a little bit to stop events.  You don't have any clusters of OA's.

This is about the only thing that I can think of that may even help you further:  start using some techniques for positional apnea to make your sleep quality even better (although it looks very good right now IMO).  Maybe try lowering your pillow height, side sleeping instead of back sleeping, or even trying a soft cervical collar).

The therapy you are having right now is envied by most people; but you can try a few of the above suggestions if you want.  Also, you could possibly raise your min EPAP pressure by very small increments to see how that affects you (i.e. - 0.2 at a time).
