I'm reporting back data for the last 3 days since my last post. Friday and Saturday were pretty good nights, Sunday was so-so....it was weird...woke up to machine increasing pressure and not really letting up despite me turning it off and back on, i eventually got tired and just took the mask off. Overall i do feel better since starting treatment, i definitely am not sleepy anymore during the day where as before by 1-2pm i was falling asleep at my desk at work and on the train ride home. I did make changes and increased minimum pressusre to 6 and EPR to 3. Attaching latest charts.

Welcome to the board and well done on your numbers and more importantly the hours solid you sleep for. I started with very high prescribed pressure of 16.8 using a full face mask. Yes the pressure felt very very high initially but I did not do half as well as you did as it also woke me up often. It was only with pressure reduction at the high end with the help if a mask change and soft collar that I managed to reduce the pressure gradually. Wearing this thing on our faces with air at pressure blowing at you is not the most natural thing in the world. But my, it gave me back my wakeful hours. As noted by others, the pressure is helping to reduce AHI and you are noticing the impact on your waking hours. Perhaps you can gradually reduce the pressure .5cmH2O at a time for say a week and see what the results might be. AHI of 5 is considered treated but we would advise to go by how we feel at the pressure we achieve. Also time may help with getting used to the pressure.

I'm going to suggest lowering your max pressure from 15 to 11 and seeing how you react. Do that and try it for a few nights. The purpose is to eliminate the higher pressures being driven by your flow limits without impacting the excellent numbers you are having. Very important observations will be how you feel. Without your noting the pressure is giving you issues (how you feel) I wouldn't recommend this. Please note that a max of 15 is a good and safe place for you.-

Thank you very much all for the feedback, I will make the adjustments and report back in a few days. So a minimum pressure of 6 then and a max of 11 with EPR set to 3?

Can flow limits be caused by rolling over and sleeping on the hose?
Or a new cpap pillow, and a restless sleeper rolling over? (Maybe go back to no cpap pillow to see if this goes away?) Maybe it's something simple like that....

So i adjusted my settings for last night to max pressure of 11. Definitely did not feel pressure waking me up like the other night but i did notice my AHI rising a bit. Here is a screenshot. I actually tried the night before taking a night off without cpap and woke up yesterday feeling very different....tired like hell....today i feel rested but i have felt more rested than this previously on other days last week.

Great results, now let's raise your inspiration pressure by decreasing your EPR to 2 and see if that helps. Again try for a couple of days and let us know how you feel.

Wanted to post back last few nights of data but also an update on how i'm feeling. Basically don't know why but when i wake up i'm feeling real tired, like i haven't slept and I want to just go back to sleep...but i have not woken up during the night and per the data, my numbers are looking great. Real confused about this....I'm also dealing with other health issues at the moment which my doctor(s) have not yet been able to figure out so i dont know if that is impacting how i feel or not. One thing though is even though i feel this way, i still do not feel sleepy or falling asleep during the day. Attaching latest data. Last night i also increased max pressure to 12 thinking it would help on how i feel...
