Yes that seems to be our secret quiet air product. Seems that it's quiet enough to sneak up on those caught unaware. Eat-popcorn

FWIW I called ResMed and got the automated system, but it directed me to call my DME supplier to inquire on new items. I then called my DME customer service to ask when my next scheduled mask frame (which is apparently where the elbow replacement would be included if available). I asked them to include the Quiet Air elbow if that is available on my next shipment. I am up for frame replacement on June 7. I guess we shall standby to see if/when the Quiet Air becomes available.

Hahaha! Now if I could figure a way to slip the mask on the wife when she snoozes out and starts snoring! Maybe that's it, the F20 is quiet relative to her snoring?

The new elbow has a different dispersal pattern and does not blow such a constant stream od air in one direction. I should be more comfortable for you and your partner. When I lay on my side it is always blowing on my arm, making it cold. That is one reason that I have been trying to conquer the P10 nasl pillows, no air blast.

I like to roll over and put my mask vent right up to her ear in the morning. She gets elbowy.

Not being nosy, but doesn't that risk being made to sleep in the doghouse? Or worse, a visit to the local ER. Coffee

I also think the current F20 is pretty quite as does my wife. It's a good thing because I've been using my original F20 and cushion for a little over a year and have a spare F20 mask. They may have several more improvements before I need to buy another and "upgrade".

You would just need the elbow. It fits the existing F20.
