Here is the new QuietAir elbow Vent . The one on the left is the new one. The one on the right is the old elbow vent. Test drove it at 25cm on the mask fit function. It's as quiet as the P10 and actually feels like the air is more defused than on the P10. Very nice! Had to buy a mask kit to get it. I used Supplier #1. That turned out to be a good thing for me. I decided to try the Air Touch cushion one more time. I picked up a large even though I use a medium on the AirFit. Turns out the large AirTouch sealed great, unlike the medium AirTouch I had. Go figure. So I highly recommend the new Quiet Air elbow and if your having problems with leaks with the Air Touch see if a larger size will work.

I wore a new F20 mask that I got for the first time last night, and it came with a new, included quiet air diffuser. It really is no louder than the P10 pillows. At an IPAP of 16, I can barely even tell my machine is on.
