Now is good. Then we can start helping get therapy optimized sooner.

Does the therapy feel comfortable now? Are you feeling better, more rested? Yep then run with this a bit. If not feeling better now, maybe increase Min pressure from between 7-8 and see if that's better.

Can someone help me understand what my settings need to be? I am certainly feeling better than before when I did not use the machine with daytime sleepiness reducing but I still dont feel fully refreshed. I am not sure if it will take time. What I am noticing is that the number of times I yawn has gone down. I am using the Resmed N30i mask and I still feel there are leaks despite how I position it. Also, I would like to go to bed and not wake up until the morning. I still feel like I wake up once. Its not as frequent as before but I would like to sleep straight through. Based on the charts I posted, can someone advise me as to what the optimal settings are, what pressure I need to have min and max and any other adjustments I need to make? What should I continue to monitor? Also my AHI has been under 5. I am wondering why I am using a machine if its under 5 because I thought under 5 was normal. However the home sleep study diagnosed me with moderate apnea and asked me to get a machine. Would appreciate some input.

Need some help
Folks - I need some help in interpreting my graphs for the most optimal settings. I was earlier asked to post the graph which I did but have not gotten any input yet. Can someone please assist?

RE: Optimal settings on resmed airsense 10 autoset
Do you know if you're using the comfort setting EPR, which stands for Exhale Pressure Relief? If not, I'd consider turning it on full time, at either 2 or 3. See which is more comfortable. I'm trying to help get your flow limits down which can be a cause of disruption and hindering rest.
As for AHI being less than 5, remember the OSCAR data is after you've been treated with your PAP machine. You still need this therapy.

Set EPR at 2. Can you kindly advise what other settings I need to change and what my min and max should be?

RE: Optimal settings on resmed airsense 10 autoset
As EPR is at 2, maybe try 3. Take note if it's more comfortable. Otherwise, min and max pressures are good where they are. You have minimal events with this, so again the EPR suggested edit is to reduce Flow Limits and their to help gain a bit better feel.
