Oscar "No Supported Data Found" Resmed Airsense 11
Hi everyone! Getting "No Supported Data Found" when trying to import data in Oscar

SD Card:
CPAP: Resmed Airsense 11

Steps followed:
1. Bought new SD card -> Straight to CPAP
2. Used CPAP for ~30 days
3. Put SD card into mac to try to get data. Mac couldn't read the card.
4. Put SD card in PC. Extracted all data and sent to my mac (DATALOG and SETTINGS folder)
5. Opened oscar on mac and attempted to import DATALOG folder, and parent folder of DATALOG and SETTINGS. Both lead to "No Supported Data Found"

Thanks a ton!

Hi cpapmj ! - Welcome
The Mac has security features that you must allow OSCAR to have access to the data. I believe (I'm Mac challenged) that you right-click on OSCAR (or the data location) and look in the Info settings.

Also, what model of the AS11 do you have?

Hi Crimson Nape! Thank you for building Oscar and supporting us on the forum!  Thanks I tried what you suggested on my Mac but it still didn't work. Gave up and used my friends PC (which worked). Appreciate the fast reply :-)

Mounting of the SD card is system dependent and is not part of OSCAR.  You should be able to attach your SD card and read it with your file viewer, I believe it's called Finder. . . I'm Mac challenged.  If you are unable to read the card, then you need to get that addressed first, and the rest will fall into place.

I did find this when I Googled your problem.
Quote:On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click the pop-up menu next to “Allow accessories to connect,” then choose Automatically When Unlocked or Always to allow accessories to always connect without manual approval.

Hi Crimson Nape
Posting here as I didn't find this post in my search yesterday. I have the same issue again and posted it yesterday but don't have the option of 'allow accessories...' under privacy and security, just 'installation of non applestore apps' which was ticked..maybe having a MacAir over 10 years old? But so strange that i had this problem a year ago and then it suddenly worked when I did nothing. After not using it for a few months, profile lost and familiar message again. Interesting to hear it may be a mac thing again!
Thanks

Apple is notorious for adding additional security settings or resetting your current configuration when they issue an update.

So what you are saying is i'm stuck ;(. I either buy a non apple computer or pay for sleep HQ. Bit of a bummer.! I will continue to try on occasion to upload just in case something shifts...after all it happened last time. I live in hope.
One more thing. Can I check its looking in the right place? I assume when it says no supported data it means either it hasn't uploaded at all, does not know where to find it, or Oscar for some reason does not recognise it. It has been looking in sleep-data in my documents drive. Should it be the usb itself? I just don't want to risk overwriting the usb by mistake. Sorry to be a pain mac user  Thinking-about

First, can you mount and see the data on your SD card using Finder, when not using OSCAR?
