I had that trouble, too. I had to dig for the thread I started to find out what I did to fix it.

I think all I did was uninstall then reinstall the software from the CD. If that doesn't work, uninstall again, but this time reinstall using the software from Supplier #19. It's under their "manuals/downloads".
