Oxygen levels below 90% for 7% of night and below 94% for 34% inspite of Bipap

If Supplemental Oxygen must be considered for "the short term," I am in trouble. Please clarify why.

Sorry I missed this when you originally asked. I just mean that you might find other things that fix the problem but even if one may not need the supplemental oxygen later, if they're having a lot of drops, get it on board rather than suffering too low oxygen levels. I didn't mean to imply that it would only be for the short-term and not long term.
