RE: Persistent CA events and fatigue with low-ish AHI
The report I was given:

...

The study was conducted utilizing the Zmachine Synergy device.  Raw data from the Synergy study was reviewed for diagnosis and recommendation.

Summary of Findings

Recording Time: 467.3 min.
Sleep Time: 455 min.
AHI: 9.5/hr
ODI: 9.3/hr
Mean SpO2: 94%
Lowest SpO2: 87%
Mean Heart Rate:61 bpm

AHI = Apneas + Hypopneas per hour of sleep.  All apneas and hypopneas are at least 10 seconds in duration and a minimum 3% associated desaturation.  ODI = Oxygen desaturations of at least 3% from baseline per hour of sleep.

  • Positional component noted with an increased AHI while in the supine position, REI-26.3.
  • Significant oxygen desaturation observed with a total of 2.9 minutes below 89%.
  • SpO2 longest span <89% was 1.6 minutes.
  • Tachycardia Noted.

Impression:

This home sleep apnea test (HSAT) with the use of a type III monitoring device demonstrates obstructive sleep apnea. Mild snoring noted.

Mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea (G47.33)

Was this the detailed report? It looks like a summary.

Home test, is that right? Did you wear some kind of chest effort belt for the test?
