Please help me understand this mess
After feeling & “knowing” I’ve had sleep apnea for at least 10 years, I finally did home study which revealed ahi 53 (OA only) and desats to 70s. Due to my terrible health insurance, I opted against them supplying the machine and bought my own apap. Sadly at that point I was left to figure this out on my own. Doc wrote the generic APAP 4-20 which I’ve read is not ideal. One night I have decent numbers ahi 6-7 and the next I can have 4x that????
I’ve tried doing some reading to educate myself but my results never seem to improve. Cheyenne Stokes?!? Scares they heck out of me - I’m 35 with no s/s of CHF that I’m aware of. Starting to wonder if I bought the wrong machine and need one that costs double.
I’m asking for anyone to look at this mess and help me understand so I can improve my therapy. Disclaimer* I know pretty much nothing so don’t be afraid to educate me: Thanks in advance!!!!!
Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to attach multiple files from iPhone

With the amount of hypopneas and obstructive apnea events I would raise your min pressure to 10cm at least and raise max pressure back up to 16cm, you can leave EPR on at 3 for now and see if the flow limits get knocked down, but you are having some leak issues too...
