RE: Please help with high leak rate
I have lowered my PS from a high of 5.4 to 4.6 presently. If someone can look at the screenshots and let me know if this still looks like periodic breathing and should anything be done.  I am sleeping well and not disturbed by the pressure at all.
Thanks!

Your doing fine.  You are not having any Central Apneas. This is more what I would call variable breathing.  in the one chart there is enough waxing and waning that I would put out a BOLO (Be On Look Out) for Central Apnea, but otherwise do nothing, you have none.

RE: Please help with high leak rate
Fred, I have attached screenshots from last night.  I slept well, but should I be concerned with these central apneas?  I have for sometime changed my trigger setting to high, does it make sense to change it to very high or do you feel any changes need to be made?
Thanks for your help.

I'd think setting adjustments should only be made if you have sleep disturbances with this low of an AHI. If you're sleeping well with it as is, I'd do nothing to any setting. Relax and enjoy.

I see no reasons for change here.

otoh, there's no harm in trying a very high trigger to see if it reduces the ca. then you'll know. very high is better than high for me. even though there isn't a huge reduction in ca between med and v high for me, it's enough to be noticeable - I feel better with fewer ca. as usual, with your numbers, how you feel should drive.

Thanks sheepless, can you explain why adjusting the trigger setting can reduce central events?
