Thanks Larry
Reason?
5 nights ago my AHI was 16.0
4 nights ago it was 20.0
Last night it was 0.4
Changed mask. Little change
Put my pillow away
Put my neck collar and tape away
Turned pressure up a notch
Put on Larry’s Knightsbridge Dual Band cap
Difference? Did up the Velcro on my neck so the cap didn’t slip.
Thanks Larry!

Wow! That's a huge difference! I'm really happy for you. It might be a little while before you repeat it that low, but even so it's really showing you that you are on the right track. As my parents would say, "Don't get attached..." One step at a time.

RE: Please help with treatment review
Edited. Used old Air Touch N20 medium because it had best headgear. Put Larry’s Knightsbridge Dual Band cap on because I mouthbreath.
The mask is getting old. Now I believe claims they didn’t last.
During the night I had to get up multiple times. Result was so high
Time to trash this mask
I’m feeling overwhelmed. In the last two months I’ve replaced an m ancient iPad. My two iMacs were 2010 and no longer supported by Apple. Rejected by Google. So I’ve used this new iPad Air. Finally bought two new iMac 24 inch. Trying to prepare for retirement. There’s a heck of a learning curve using the new iPad and iMacs.
Benefits are pretty poor anyway. But they end last day of employment.
I have a brand new ResMed N20. I’ll use it tonight with the Knightsbridge dual band cap.
RE: Please help with treatment review
Back to normal. New ResMed n20 was needed.
I was trying to stash it as a spare.
I have virtually unused n30i and p30i. They just didn’t work for me. I bought them for 40% of the cost from my DME. they didn’t work for me.
I have 2 F&P Evora Full. They work for several days, then AHI goes sky high. It would be so much simpler if I could use them every day
RE: Please help with treatment review
CPAP treatment is impossible. Fed up.

RE: Please help with treatment review
Perhaps you need to add external oxygen. Hang in there, Dave. I know it feels impossible but that might be better than the alternative.
RE: Please help with treatment review
I've recently started using an Inap device. It doesn't do enough on it's own but combined with the bipap it helps a good bit. I had to be at a point where I was able to stop air coming into my mouth though.
