[Pressure] Aircurve 11 setting suggestion

Aircurve 11 setting suggestion
Hi All,

New to the forum and find loads of useful information.

I was on prescribed setting for a few months now.
Min Epap 4
Max Ipap 18
PS 4
Ti Max 2 sec
Ti Min 0.3 sec

I am pretty happy with the result and am thinking to get an ASV soon.
So I visited the specialist then she suggested a new setting
Min Epap 6
Max Ipap 15
PS 1.8
Ti Max 3 sec

I tried for a night and didn't feel the difference

What will be a better setting for me and should I get an ASV ?

thanks,

Hi scalaria! - Welcome
Your charts don't show any Clear Airway events, only Obstructive Airway events. An ASV is designed for CAs and does not seem to be of need for your treatment. Also, please post the graphs in the order they occur by default in OSCAR. The graphs were placed in the order of importance. Rearranging them can make it more difficult to offer proper advice.

I would change the ps to 6 keeping all the other settings. That should help the Flow Limits.

Min 4
Ps 6
Max 18

It appears that you are mouth breathing. Are you sleeping on your back? If so, that is the worst position and will promote apnea. Sleeping on your side is the preferred position. Please include the events graph at the top in future screenshots.

I tape my mouth but quite often nose also blocked.
I'll try sleeping on the side.
