Anyone bored and want to review my numbers/offer advise?
There are so many settings it's overwhelming. Wondering if my numbers are good or if there is anything I should be looking into further. Thanks in advance!

Well, I'm not bored, but happy to offer a suggestion. You might feel better if you raise your upper pressure to 20. You are bumping against your present limit frequently. Hope that helps.

Should I be concerned if it's that high?
*I'm overweight but have been eating better and walking everyday so I thought my numbers might need adjusted down (not up!).

Hi Daveman, I would raise your max pressure by .4cm to 16.4cm, and raise your minimum pressure to 12cm, keep EPR on 3 please. The higher minimum pressure should help the H and OA events.

I increased my min and max.....and my numbers went down. That's a good thing right?
