[Pressure] Starting again with cpap

Starting again with cpap
Long story short, I had stopped using the cpap but want to start it up again. First time trying to use the Dreamstation dsx500 autocpap since my machine was replaced under the recalls.

My fist couple nights the ahi is 40 plus the first night and 29 the second night. I turned of flex and increased the lower range setting.

Any thoughts on base line settings to start with and work from there. Will be working setting up the Oscar software again…

Appreciate the input.  Thanks

You appear to be having Positional Apneas (chin tucking) see below.  Pressure will not help this.  Are you sleeping on your back?  If you are try sleeping on your side, or use a shorter pillow and see if it helps. If that doesn't help you may want to try using a soft cervical collar to help keep your neck straight.  Also, on your chart it would be helpful to see your complete nights sleep rather than just an enlarged section.
