[Pressure] What Cpap pressure should I use?

    I got my titration study done. My dr prescribed 8 ipap and epr 2. Do you think I should use this setting? I was only able to sleep 4 hours in the study

Hello and welcome! 

First things first. 

Exactly what make and  type of machine do you have. You just indicate "Bipap"?  
It would really help of you could send your sleep study, with your personal details of course redacted. 

From the summary table you have sent, your inital settings could be minimum pressure at 7, with  EPR  at 3, and maximum pressure at 10.

But I must emphase, at this stage, this is pure guesswork just to get you started, and then for you to post some graphs (you already have Oscar) as detailed below so as to be able to help you get titratrated in a structured way.
