Prisma 20a vs Airsense 10 autoset

I seek feedback from people who already tried the prisma 20a and the airsense 10 autoset. If it's your case, could you give me the pro and cons of each models?

I also like to know pros and cons, i am a UARS sufferer and i want the best machine for my condition. Biggest con on Prisma a20 is that there is no OSCAR support, also im concerned that on the prisma a20, you can't tell the machine if you are using a nasal or full face mask like in the airsense 10, don't know if that matter as much.
