Night 3.
I felt a big difference between the min of 5, and 8 pressure from the get-go this time. While still awake, I had to consciously resist the urge to exhale through my mouth. Not enough to make it an issue, but a definite awareness. The sleepyhead summary also reported "significant periods of mask leakage".
Despite all that, overall events are down, which is awesome. I also fell asleep a lot sooner than I had the night before. Hardly any restless legs, either. Yay!
I'm still not particularly chirpy of a morning, and haven't napped as I would prior to having the machine, although that might change today because I have a training session, and I usually zonk in the afternoon afterwards. I train hard twice a week and have done for the last ten months, and rarely get through those days without a nap. We shall see.
Last night I did remember to turn off the fan in the room, and am amazed at the silence!
And here's the message I was greeted with this morning:
The last time you used your ResMed AutoSet For Her...
was last night (on Monday, 2 October 2017)
You had an AHI of 3.21, which is considered technically "treated"
You machine was on for 6 hours, 31 minutes and 59 seconds.
You had significant periods of major mask leakage.
Your pressure was under 12.54cmH2O for 95% of the time.
I'll take that
