Been on APAP since the Fall of, 2020. My results, after the first month or so of experimenting and adjusting, have always been under 5. So I am pretty satisfied with the effects of the treatment. One thing that I am still trying to figure out is whether my CAs are real or false. I don't always have them, but when they do occur they are usually in bunches and occur between 3:30m and 5:00am. I'd like to know if they are real or not, and if they are, what I can do about them. A screenshot is attached.
Hm at a GUESS I would say, giving consideration u had 7hrs plus sleep, only showing CA towards end of nights sleep, and was condensed into just a approx 1/2 hr period ? So was not spread over the whole night, disrupting nights sleep? I would Say is not Central but CA junk sleep. But like I said just guessing, the long time experienced in here will much better clarification ?
Thanks for this. Your observations pretty well line up with mine. I do get a good-nights sleep, wake feeling rested, refreshed and alert with no tiredness during the day. I normally get about 7 hours sleep per night. At my age (82) that makes me thankful!
