Recommendations on treatment

RE: Recommendations on treatment
Yes, I think it'd be good to go back to the settings that were serving you so well. And too bad about the cervical collar, but you've given it several tries and it's no go.

One other thought about clustered events or flow limitations: do you use several pillows or a single high pillow? If so, you might try a fairly low and firm pillow to see whether that helps.

Nice to see you over here! And very nice to see you're doing so well. The one comment I'd make is that I hope you can try getting more sleep each night. Then again, if you're feeling rested and alert during the day, no reason to alter your habits. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Dormeo;
I spent many years living on 5 or 6 hours sleep driving trucks ..
Old habits are hard to break ..
Thanks for answering My check up ..
I still have days when I'm tired ..  My sleep study showed My
O2 dropping below 88% at times Dr. gave Me a choice of supplemental
oxygen which I declined at the time ..  I'm wondering if I should make
an appointment and try it ??

RE: Recommendations on treatment
Yes, do pursue the option of supplemental night-time oxygen. I don't use it, so I don't know exactly how this works, but apparently it's pretty easy to "bleed" the O2 into your CPAP intake. Be sure to remind the doctor that you use CPAP.

Some of the devices that provide the O2 are fairly noisy, and some people like to have the connectors long enough so that they can stick the device in a closet or put it at some distance from the bed. So you might want to ask about that when you see the doctor.

I'll be curious how that goes!
