Remstar M-series smart card

I am in need of a smart card for an ancient Remstar M-series cpap machine. I was using it as a back up since I travel back and forth between two locations. Unfortunately I checked the box on my driver's license renewal...ugh. Now my usage looks under compliant because the old cpap cannot send data to be evaluated. What's really annoying to me is that I have been 100% compliant since I started a year ago. Anybody out there still using the old models, beware!  (I live in Maine and I guess they are stricter than other states.)
