You need to increase your pressure and see if the flow limitation decreases. I can't see your tidal volume chart but its most likely you are breathing faster to make up for a lack of volume.
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape

I am certain you need higher pressure and should be using EPR. If you zoom in on the flow rate chart, you can see the individual breaths. A very high respiration rate is usually caused by a very unsteady flow rate causing multiple breaths to be counted for each individual breath. If you will post a zoomed shot showing 2-3 minutes of breathing where the high resp rate is present, I will break that down for you.

I'd like you to change settings to
Mode Autoset
Minimum pressure 7.0
Maximum pressure 10.0
EPR On, Full-Time
EPR Setting: 3

I'm certain that will clear up this issue and lower the very high flow limits.

Thanks, made the changes and here is last nights chart in case anyone has any comments or insights.   I will check the settings again for autoset and try this for a couple days.  I really appreciate the help and comments as it is so hard these days to get any healthcare professionals on the phone or even an appointment in a reasonable time, so you have to be you own doctor unfortunately.

You still have a lot of flow limitation. Sleeprider's recommendations are the first step along with getting those leaks under control
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape

Sleep-well

Your results at 7.0 was much cleaner, and hopefully it felt better. Now turn on EPR full-time, and experiment with the settings 1, 2 and 3 to see what you like best, and it will get better. Based on this chart, your 95% respiration rate is 24 BPM compared to 41 BPM in your January 10 chart. You solved the first problem, and in the process increased your tidal volume from 380 mL to 520 mL. That's actually pretty amazing!
