Yes, that’s correct price for the CPAP unit, 599 USD.  The discount for new user did not apply to the unit, (only to the mask).

In fact I am from Hong Kong.  When I visit the  website for supplier 18, it said access is restricted from my current location.  Is that the website is for US resident only?

Sorry Supplier #18 has the following policy:
"Will You Ship Orders Anywhere? We only offer shipping to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.). At this time we DO NOT ship to any other international destinations."

I suggest pulling the trigger on the best deal you can get shipped to your location. Seems stock is running out and pricing is drifting higher every month.

You are welcome! I usually hate registering for newsletters. But for CPAP supplies it has been a life saver. I bought my primary and backup Air Sense 10's for around $299 and supplies for about year at huge discounts from several of the suppliers on the board list. I just have my email send any new messages with the word CPAP to a separate folder and review the deals every once and while.

Is that you have purchased before from supplier 18?  Any issue with the CPAP machine?

Yep, mine were purchased from Supplier #18. Both machines work flawlessly and now have 300-400 hours run time and arrived new in box with zero run hours. I even got enough reward points for some extra supplies. Shipping was fast. I'd buy third if I had a use for it

Pay $3 or so for one month of a VPN with geolocated US servers, like PIA. Use the VPN set to the same state where you can ship to. 

Note a HK credit card might also introduce problems. If you have a person at a US address, get them to order an pay after you pay them up front (or later, depends if they trust you and you, them).
