[CPAP] 8 months in and could still use help

8 months in and could still use help
Hello,

I was diagnosed with moderate Sleep Apnea (AHI 16) last December and have been on CPAP therapy since this January. I've struggled with leakage and have tried 4 different masks before arriving on the Phillips Nasal Cushion which I've been using for a month now. As a whole, while I do feel better than sleeping without a CPAP, I continue to feel sleepy and tired throughout the day albeit to a reduced extent. The biggest issue I face is that I still can't sleep more than 4-6 hours with a mask on. Every night I end up waking around that mark, take off my mask and sleep the remainder of the night without a CPAP. I've tried many different pressure settings, both with fixed as well as APAP setting and have tried sleeping with EPR on as well as off but the issue seems to persist.

I've attached last night's OSCAR report and would really appreciate any sort of help in optimizing my sleep!

You had a perfect night. There is not too much to improve. But if you want to tweak your setting, you can increase your minimum pressure to 9 cm, which results in less pressure adjustment and a smother night.
