Sleep latency -study results
I just read a study published in Sleep where the time it took subjects to fall asleep ranged from 1 minute to 135 minutes. Can you imagine falling asleep in one minute, in a sleep lab? My sleep study was pretty rough with a sleep latency that felt like forever.

That is the very definition of either Dead Tired or Overly Relaxed. It took me ages to get to sleep and I was tired something serious.
