What does a graph of a good night of sleep look like?
Hello all,
I was wondering if you would be able to share a SleepHQ graph link of a really good night of sleep that you got. Ideally one with the sleep stage data also included.
I want to see what a "good" night of sleep with a lot of deep sleep even looks like.
RE: What does a graph of a good night of sleep look like?
Sleep quality is objective. Someone can get a good nights rest with an AHI of 5, and others get a poor nights sleep with an AHI of 0.5. Comparing our sleep to others is a path to unhappiness, like looking at FaceBook posts of peoples “perfect” lives and wondering why we can’t live like that.
The wiki has many OSCAR examples of both good and bad nights. On YouTube LankyLefty27 and CPAPreviews (Uncle Nick of SleepHQ) have many videos showing good and bad nights.

Well, we don't want to see a lot of jagged peaks and valleys (or waveforms that are abnormal) in the flow rate (nor many event flags)-as PL&P stated there are many variables to a good night of sleep and the graphs can look different, but I'll show you what one of mine looks like when I feel well rested after 8-9 hours of sleep
