Sleepyhead IMPORTS data from a SD card. When you use the import function you can point the program to a drive to import data from.
That data is saved and backed up in the folders I pointed out earlier. Those are the saved data folders.

Thanks for the follow-up. I am actually using Sleep Master with the wireless SD card. So I have pointed Sleepyhead to my C-drive where Sleep Master has copied my data.
And now to sleep, perhaps to dream.
