one site has it for 1100€ but it's from the US so add 30% for import duties and they're not on the suppliers list. 2nd best price i can find is like 2100€ on sale Sad

Not sure where you found it for 900 pounds Steve. Wherever I look it's more than 1800€. Could you send some links?

Also, is it possible that the machine itself is the problem? Could simply switching to a Resmed APAP fix this issue ?

£917 machine here is where I got mine from:  [DME Link Removed] cpapspecials

I never paid any import duties or anything like that either. So yeah this was pretty much the final price, maybe like 10-30 or something more for shipping

Possible? yes. Likely, no. Based on all information available from your testing I do not think the issue is your machine not working correctly.

Will a ResMed APAP do the trick? Again. Possibly yes, likely no.

Will ResMed bilevel do the trick? The likelihood of success with a bilevel is far greater than using an APAP. APAP is fine for many who do not have significant flow limitations like you and I do. We may find a way using much higher pressures on an APAP, but the comfort would be dodgy at best. Using a bilevel we can use much lower pressures with more pressure support and higher trigger sensitivity for comfort.

These are my settings and sleep data from last night.

What's the best I can do with my machine? Do I increase the pressure more?
