Still tired and having quite a bit of clearways

Still tired and having quite a bit of clearways
Hello, I started APAP about a month ago because I was diagnosed with UARS on my PSG sleep study, Besides that my sleep hygiene is great and I take no meds.
I've been using it every night but haven't seen an improvement to how tired I am sadly  Huh

I go on Oscar to analyze everyday and it every single night it always says have around 20+ Clear way apneas even when my sleep study said I had no issues with Central apneas.......Could this be keeping me from still not feeling rested and keep waking me up at night?

Maybe my settings are not right....Just need a second opinion on what I should do, Thanks!

RE: Still tired and having quite a bit of clearways
Hi Goyard6687,  as is only a month on APAP does take some time to adapt to to the machine & Mask hose hanging from face, more likely take some months that alone, but some adapt better quicker than others.  To me the CA need to be Zoomed in a bit more but, I am thinking the look to be more as Junk Type sleep is relating of awake or partial awaking's, while unaware physically holding breathe in efforts in body movement tossing or turning ?

In many knowledge members, better assist in the more details of charts and Sleep Report, in preparation suggest provide more detail Zoomed in on the CA's and also provide blanked out name Sleep Report, will help them better assist.

To further explain of my understanding that a zoom in on the CA, look and have Flow chart shows Rhythm but then sudden flat being a Central CA? but if Flow chart shows Rhythm then see some erratic flow, out Rhythm before "flat flow" is mostly likely then Junk Sleep ? from awaken or partial awaken, body movement. Well that's my " Simple" understanding's but may be wrong ? so wait on for others more deep overall analysis.
