Straight Lines on Wellvue Report

RE: Straight Lines on Wellvue Report
Wow, you had an FL over 0.5. This is your issue, not the ring.
I suggest switching to APAP and running a screening to find better pressure. What about Pressure min/max 8.0/12 cm and EPR=2, standard response?

RE: Straight Lines on Wellvue Report
Agree on flow limitations; it may be positional; cervical collars don't work for me. I think I may be going fetal due to temperature or tummy.
The current settings are from titration study in July. There aren't any significant 02 desaturations during those events; there usually are; recently I have been getting flat lines. The pulmonologist isn't going to care much about the flow limit unless I can show him the 02 desaturations. They live in AHI world. I have better data then he does ;( So I'm just trying to figure out if ring might be malfunctioning. Thank you for the reply. Edit: Anyone know if Oura ring can paste into OSCAR?

RE: Straight Lines on Wellvue Report
When we worked on the Viatom/Wellue loader for OSCAR, we only saw intermittent values that flag bad data. This bad point would be between to good values. For this reason, we wrote the code to use the last good value when it encountered a bad point value. Obviously, your data suggests that this logic needs to be revisited. If you would, please send me the Viatom/Wellue binary file that contains this day's data, so I may review it. I have provided an upload link below.
When sending the Zip file, please name this file with your Apnea Board username and the device name. (Example: RainyDog-O2Ring.zip) OSCAR Data Submission Upload Link - Red

My hats off to you! I don't think I have ever seen a time span as long as yours where the SpO2 only wavered 1%. All your data is valid.

RE: Straight Lines on Wellvue Report
Wow! Thanks for looking into that.
Very helpful; don't have to worry about getting another ring. Flow limits still an issue and have to figure that out. The fixed lines have become more common since I went to fixed pressure. Much obliged. |
