Taking mask off at night

Hi everyone! I have been using my cpap for a couple of months now. I go to sleep with the mask on, but at some point during the night I end up taking it off. Do you have any tips or advice on how to prevent myself from taking it off during the night?

How often are you removing the mask? Several times a week, or only a couple? 

There's tape that can be used, as some on here go that route. Give it some more time and see if you become more accustomed to wearing the mask. 

BTW.....what kind / type mask are you using?

Most importantly, do not stress over doing that. We all have bad nights, weeks, or months using CPAP. I've been on CPAP for ~6 years and only recently started doing the same thing. No idea why, it just started a few nights ago. I will KBO regardless and expect it will get back to normal soon.

I take it off every night. I have a lot of daytime sleepiness and wish I could manage to keep the mask on longer. Also I’m almost to where I am non compliant with insurance because I’m not wearing it enough so it is quite problematic.
