TiMax and Inspiration Time?

RE: TiMax and Inspiration Time?
Sleeprider; Please note that I assembled the EERS after finally receiving the parts and the effects are noted in https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...n-about-PS.

Appears the system is much too noisy for me to be viable. THANKS

RE: TiMax and Inspiration Time?
OK, have the EERS thing outta' my system.  Set Sleepriders suggestion again to work with it some more.  The Ti max was 2.0 and Ti min was 1.0.  Trigger was- Very Fast.
FL is Bad  AHI's so-so.  I went back to the Velpeau Collar at least while experimenting.  Is there some way to lower the persistent wicked pressure elevation and spikes?
I'm thinking of maybe leaving settings as they are and trying one night with Trigger Fast and the next night with Ti max at 2.60  so I can see for myself what they do.
I have to wonder what the S-mode would be achieving in this case?
Thoughts?

RE: TiMax and Inspiration Time?
Your pressure is pushing up to the maximum due to flow limits. I don't see any advantage to the higher pressure. Let's try EPAP min 10, IPAP max 15.0 PS 4.6. Dial back the Ti Min to 0.80. We may need some closeups of the flow spikes to see why they occur. These settings take you closer to S mode and increase the PS. I'd be lying if I didn't admit I'm guessing a bit on this.
