Time Axis Question
Could someone tell me what the horizontal axis zero point refers to on the oscar graphs? Does t=0 refer to midnight? If not, juwt what is the reference?

RE: Time Axis Question
I fail to understand your question. The timeline, which is in 24-hour time, is below each Daily graph. 00:00 would be midnight, likewise 9:00PM would be 21:00.

RE: Time Axis Question
A perfect answer, Red! You must have been a great student---to have the correct answers without understanding the question!

RE: Time Axis Question
I pulled the trigger too quickly! Now I am a bit confused. I turn on my machine at around 11:00 pm (23:00 in 24 hour time), so 0:00 should be after the lapse of two hours, right? I turn off the machine at 7:00 AM local time. So why doesn't 00:00 show up after two hours on the machine?

RE: Time Axis Question
I checked, and the machine is set to GMT-7, whereas it should be GMT-8 (Cupertino time according to my iPad). But when I try to change it, it says something like ``Cannot change time while there is stored therapy data.'' I tried unplugging the sd card, but it gave me the same message. By the way, I apologize for a number of ``focus errors.'' I generally turn on my machine about 11:00 pm local time and turn it off later at 7:00 am local time. So if the time origin is at midnight, it seems to me that I would be missing the first two hours of data, but it shows the full eight hours. If the zero point is when I turned on the machine, how does it know that I haven't turned it on and off before? Something is pretty fuzzy to me. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Time Axis Question
A Resmed's day is from noon till noon the next day. You will need to reset your AS11 and format the SD card for the time change.

I had a look at the manual. But I am concerned that my sleep therapist might take umbrage at me resetting it. What is your opinion?

RE: Time Axis Question
Copy your SD card to a dedicated directory on your computer. Then perform the reset. As a matter of fact, you should always back up the SD card's data because these little things can go bad instantly. When using OSCAR, you just point it to the dedicated data directory on the computer to perform the import.
