I think leaks need addressed first, then maybe you'll want to experiment with a pressure range.
I don't recall what you've tried before. Aerophagia possibly will be helped with lower pressure, but it'll hurt the Apnea treatment.
I also think you might be setting yourself up to be disappointed in the therapy, by thinking results must be under 1 AHI. As a goal, under 5 certainly, under 3 fine, lower than 2 to 3 and you maybe are demanding too much. With zero edits to settings, you're going to see different event counts, varying AHI is expected.

You are on the wrong pressure which is causing the issues. Significant flow limitations are the root of your problems.
Try this:
Mode APAP
Min pressure 8
Max pressure 15
EPR 3 full-time
No ramp
After a few nights post some charts and we can fine-tune from there. I will not guess at what a fixed pressure would be without seeing how things go allowing the machine to titrate you.
The leaks could be waking you up, but this can be a chicken-egg thing if the pressure isn't quite right. You might try a hybrid mask like the F40 to see if it smoothes out your night, since you'd be able to mouth-breathe without getting on your case.
I will try PLP's setting recommendations starting tonight and see what happens.
I watched a video of the F40 mask. That looks interesting! I will surely keep that in mind for a followup if the new settings don't help after a trial period. The silicone piece that goes under the nose and over the mouth looks comfortable and like it will keep the seal.
I don't agree with the others. Your leak rate on the left panel is only 0.02% and 0.01%. That is not affecting your therapy or comfort and is Nothing to worry about. I used to be as much as 50% before I finally solved my leaking.
I am encouraged to know you finally solved your leak problem. Let me know what worked for you.
The pressure changes are helping me have a comfortable sleep all through the night the last 2 nights. I still need improvement on the leaks. Will post data in a day or two to see a pattern.
Brennie, you don't have a leak problem. You don't need to do anything to work on leaks because yours are so low.
But, if you want a 0.00 leak rate, you could do what I did to finally conquer my extremely high leaks. I learned that I needed to use 2-inch wide really good tape that I cut about 5-1/2 inches long. Any narrower or shorter and I had leaks. I don't think most people need tape as long as I cut it, but lots need wider tape. Many folks here like Cover Roll Stretch tape, which works well. I prefer Theraband Kinesiology tape which is more expensive but I find it much more comfortable, so it's worth it to me. Amazon sells both.
I don't know enough about aerophagia to offer any help, but best of luck with achieving your best treatment and comfort.
The second chart was where I was pulling leak data, median of 4, 95% at 21.6, 99% at 24.0.
If this chart 2 was a one off and the first chart is the common one, then leaks will be fine.
