1 Month into treatment. How am I doing?
Hi! I'm new here, and as the title states I am about a month into treatment. I feel like my sleep has definitely improved, but I am curious what my data says. I will gladly accept any advice, insight, etc. Smile

Attached is data from the past 3 nights.

If it matters, the AHI from my sleep study (at home) was 28.4 with an SpO2 low of 95%

Overall, not too bad. I do think you would be better off with a tighter pressure range and some EPR to help with the flow limitations driving up pressure.

Something like:

Mode APAP
Min pressure 7
Max pressure 12
EPR 2 full-time
No ramp

A bit more pressure than you currently use, but the EPR will make it more comfortable.
